The eligibility criteria for the hazardous waste license in India are as follows

  1. A company that wishes to apply for a hazardous waste license should possess the following:
  2. The applicant must be a private limited company
  3. The applicant must be registered under the Companies Act 1956 and comply with all the provisions of the Act.
  4. The applicant must have at least two years of experience in the hazardous waste disposal sector.
  5. The applicant should have adequate infrastructure, equipment, and manpower to handle hazardous waste disposal.

Hazardous waste management authorization
