The eligibility criteria for the hazardous waste license in India are as follows
- A company that wishes to apply for a hazardous waste license should possess the following:
- The applicant must be a private limited company
- The applicant must be registered under the Companies Act 1956 and comply with all the provisions of the Act.
- The applicant must have at least two years of experience in the hazardous waste disposal sector.
- The applicant should have adequate infrastructure, equipment, and manpower to handle hazardous waste disposal.
