WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO LOAD PUFFCO PLUS?
To load the chamber, we recommend using the Puffco dart. We recommend loading the chamber on a per-use basis for the best Puffco experience. Over-packing can result in leaks and blockage.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CHARGE A PUFFCO PLUS?
To signify that the battery needs to be recharged, the Plus battery light will blink 10 times. Use the charger that came with your Puffco kit to charge the Puffco Pen battery. For electricity, plug the charger into any USB outlet.
Attach the battery to the charger’s opposite end.
When the battery is attached and the pen is not fully charged, the battery will display a white light. The indicator will blink green and switch off once the pen has finished charging. The charger light will change from green to red when an uncharged battery is screwed onto it.
Simply unscrew the battery from the charger to take it out. For best results, charge the battery at a wall unit. To signal that the battery needs to be recharged, the battery light will flash 10 times. A drained Plus battery should be fully charged in under 35 minutes using a supercharger.
HOW TO OFTEN THE PUFFCO PLUS BE CLEANED?
To avoid any buildup in the vapour stream, we recommend cleaning your Plus with the supplied instructions every few usage. If you use your Puffco a lot, make sure to clean the threading and connection pins using a cotton swab dipped in ISO on a regular basis to avoid any sticky contacts.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN DART?
A little black silicone grommet holds the dart in place in the mouthpiece, allowing it to be easily removed for cleaning. Because the dart is composed of ceramic, use caution. You can remove the dart by pushing it out of the mouthpiece with a cotton swab through the top of the mouthpiece. The dart itself can be cleaned with ISO, but any gunmetal elements of the device should not be soaked in any alcohol-based cleaning solutions.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
Only the electronic base and battery are covered for one year by Puffco. For one year from the date of original retail purchase, this warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. Glass, atomizers, regular wear and tear, and damages caused by accident or abuse are not covered by Puffco’s warranty.
